The PGDM program offered by XIME is not granted equivalent to MBA degree for the purpose of higher education by AIU. In that case you may not be able to pursue PhD after PGDM.

To apply for Ph.D. programs you must write to the universities, the department supervisors precisely. You must share your research ideas or proposal, they will accept you only if they find your research thoughts interesting. Research on the universities, check what all universities actually have to research about. Scholarships and funding is something you have to discuss with the supervisor. In US full funding is available, however, countries like UK do not guarantee or offer any funding.
