With a rank of 34,599 in EAMCET, one will have to struggle for free seat in Pharm.D since there is high competition from people for government seats. Free seats in government colleges vary based on factors like your category, the number of available seats, and overall performances by other candidates. One's chances for admission in a government college will generally depend on a better rank.
