No, you do not have to appear in GPAT again for pursuing PhD at NIPER. GPAT is not required for PhD admission at NIPER. 

Admission in kashmir university for B.pharm. requires class 12th with medical background I.e. you should have biology as a core subject .

Every state has a different entrance exam for admission in D Pharmacy, so in which state do you want admission or college that you want to take admission for that please visit the official site of the entrance exam or college. Or in some states, there is no entrance exam for d pharmacy they give admission on the basis of your class 12th result. Best of luck with your bright future.
