To get into MBA college you need to give CAT/CMAT. You can do Pharma.D after B.Pharma. It is called as Pharma.D (PB) course. PB means post bacculerate. Those who have completed B.Pharma can get direct admission to fourth year Pharma.D. Many colleges that have Pharma.D course have this course too. After B.Pharma, 3-year Pharma.D (PB), 2 years academic and 1 year internship. Internship will give you practical exposure of what you have studied. There will be ward rounds with doctors and you will know how to apply for pharmacology knowledge in terms of treatment.

Among these three, MBA in pharmaceuticals is best in my point of view, because it is a more specific course and had a combination of two different fields which is the demand for market nowadays.
