The candidate should have passed 10+2 (PCB/PCM/PCBio-tech) or equivalent from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks for General and OBC candidates. For SC & ST candidates minimum 40% marks are required from a recognised Board.

No you can't get admission on the basis of UPTU ranking because the Integral University is linked with UPTU.
It conduct it's own admission procedure including its own entrance test i.e. IUET.
