For admission to this course, eligible candidates need to have passed a relevant entrance examination, conducted by any university at state and national levels, as part of the general admission procedure. Subsequently, qualifying candidates are needed to qualify rounds of group discussion and personal interview as part of the counseling procedure. Eligibility for MD in General Medicine:
As a minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates need to have completed MBBS/BAMS with a minimum aggregate score of 50%, with 1-year compulsory internship. Also, a minimum aggregate score of 60% at the level of graduation. Often, candidates are required to qualify an institute, State or national-level entrance test for admission to the course.
