Yes, MBA is a good option after doing B.Pharma. The good salary can be expected on the basis of individual talent and skills. If you learn good set of skills while doing MBA, then good salary can be expected from corporate world.

According to the internet research, I don't think any colleges offer M.Pharma course. However, you can still get the information reconfirmed once. It might be possible that DU would offer the same course with a different course name so you will have to research a little more in depth. https://www.shiksha.com/medicine-health-sciences/pharmacy/colleges/m-pharma-colleges-delhi-ncr.
