All the colleges are AICTE approved. Therefore, they have to maintain basic quality standards. So choose college with good teaching staff, ask for placement record, and also visit laboratories. Most importantly, put in efforts to get yourself educated. If you ask me about Pune based colleges, my college PCP is good (the oldest college) and amongst relatively new colleges Indira College of Pharmacy near Vakad is very good.

You can go for B.Pharmacy for this and then further for M. pharmacy.

You can apply for Masters. For practice rules, please check the pharmacy board of Australia. You must apply and register through this board to be able to practice. You should also check Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection for all job related information.
