When you have completed Pharmacy in India, you would have registered in the pharmacy council to start work as a pharmacist. Same way, you have to register in that country pharmacy council before you start working. Only after this registration you will be given a job. One of the criteria to register is you need IELTS 7 band in all four components. Each country have their own procedures, you can check the same in their respective website.

Getting a job directly after B. Pharma: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. A: If you want to become a pharmacist, you should enroll in a Pharma. D or doctorate of Pharmacy degree. College students who want begin a four year pharmacy programme need to complete two years of undergraduate course work and pass the Pharmacy college admission test (PCAT). .

Opportunities are not available within a degree, it is within the one, who has that degree. Both are equally good with ample of opportunities. So, you can do M.Pharm or MBA as per your interest. Master in pharmacy is divided in various different fields. M.Pharm in pharmaceutics is most valuable in India, whereas, in the US and other foreign countries, pharmacology is well established.
