Hello,
As far as my knowledge goes, there are no credit transfers for the pharmacy studies in Canada. I would suggest you to complete your undergraduate studies and then apply for the Masters studies in Canada.

Hi Nizam,
You will get admission if you meet the admission requirements. Also, admission decisions are taken by the universities, every university has different admission criteria, selectivity etc. Take your IELTS, check university websites for the requirements and start the application process.

Hi Kartheek,
If you have completed your Bachelors you should apply for a Masters or a PG Diploma. You shouldn't be applying to a normal diploma, your application will be rejected in this case. There are number of courses you can choose from, what you want to study is your choice but here are some options:
1. M. Pharma
2. PG Diploma in Clinical Trial Management
3. PG Diploma in Pharmacy co vigilance
4. MS Management
5. MBA
6. PG Diploma in Health Management
and many more.

IELTS score requirements vary with programs and universities. Pallavi already mentioned the requirements so you must check with the universities directly before applying. The higher the scores the better.
