In Germany each pharmacy has to be owned by a German pharmacist with the required university degree. To qualify as a pharmacist, you will have to do one year practical training and pass the exam in pharmacy. Before obtaining the license to practice, the pharmacist will also have to undergo internship under a licensed pharmacist, and pass a state examination. Besides for specialisation Germany has voluantry CE certification programme. For example, pharmacists can enroll in specific certified CE courses such as pharmaceutical care for Patients with diabetes. These courses require active participation as well as successful compl
