The answer to your question is it depends. It depends on the number of seats available in the government colleges and the number of candidates who applied for the same. Your rank is quite high, but it is not guaranteed that you will get admission to a government college. You can try applying for the colleges that have a lower cut-off, but there is no guarantee that you will get admission. You can also try applying for the private colleges, but the fees will be higher. Here are some of the government colleges in West Bengal that offer pharmacy and engineering courses:

There are also various entrance exams conducted by various pharmacy colleges to get admission in B.Pharma dpharm MPHARM just like engineering JEE so better ranks will get you good colleges.

On the basis of WBJEE Pharmacy rank NSHM Kolkata, you can go for:
