The university selects students for the DPharma programme in the following two ways:50% of the total DPharma seats are filled through CUET meritRemaining 50% of the seats are based on the APEX merit. Yes, students enrolled in the PIET DPharma programme are required to undergo a mandatory training programme. The DPharma programme is divided into two years. Students, after appearing in the second year of the programme are required to go for three months of practical training. These trainings are conducted at pharmacy stores approved by PCI. They can also opt to work in a government hospital.
