To be eligible for the M.Pharm programme at MIT-WPU, you must have a minimum aggregate score of 60% in your Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. You must also have a valid score in the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT).

No, you can't take admission to the B.Pharma programme at MIT WPU without an entrance exam like MHT CET, NEET, or PERA CET. MIT WPU doesn't offer direct admission to any of its undergraduate or postgraduate courses.
