As specialized degree courses for wildlife photography is rare in India, one can enter the field with a Bachelors degree in photography or photojournalism. One can even do a Diploma or Certificate course in Nature and wild life photography or Wildlife and Travel photography or so. Anyone can take up these courses after completing 10 +2. It would be a good idea to work with an established photographer before starting out on your own. There are seminars, workshops and conferences being held on wildlife photography which one could attend to further ones knowledge.

According to your interest and passion, you can consider Mass communication because through that you can understand how the media especially channels like Discovery, Geographic or other channels work. Through this course, you may apply for an internship for the related work and get the experience for your career goals.
You can pick Photography as a project work in your course duration.

There are so many Certificate and Diploma courses in photography in India. Besides these, very few colleges provide a Bachelors degree in fine arts and photography.
The minimum education required for the professional courses in photography is 10+2. These courses contain the knowledge and art of photography, angle, lighting, technical knowledge of instruments as camera and understanding of fine arts.
The professional education in photography has three levels of study after 12th as the following:
Certificate courses: Certificate courses are taken the duration of six months after 12th in any stream.
Diploma courses: Diploma cours
