If you like to learn photography for free there are few online courses that can get you started such as coursera, udemy, edx etc. You can learn photography course from it and gain certificate. Or you can use YouTube tutorials to get started for free and you can watch and learn from professionals.But learning photography takes soo much effort and practice so learn from scratch
