Hi,
Most of the colleges that I have checked offer a Diploma in photography to 10+2 pass out students. Be specific about the college you wish to pursue it from to get exact information.
If you ask me, at this time I would recommend you to complete your basic education till class 12th and then going for a professional UG course in photography for better career opportunities.

Most of the colleges offers this course with a one year duration but some are there with less duration also. Anyway,

Actually there is no government college for photography in Navi Mumbai.

You can pursue a Diploma course in photography for sure. Symbiosis has a dedicated school for this. Apart from them, other mass media institutions have photography as an important part of their electronic media courses. Video production also covers this.
