You can look at the following institutes to study photography, however, I would suggest going for Cinematography which uses photography as a base and goes into motion pictures:
1. New York Film Academy.
2. Vancouver Film School.
3. FTII Pune.
4. Institute of Creative Arts.

Hope you are doing well.
First of all, if you are passionate in Photography, then do a full time degree or Diploma course from a well-known and reputed college. Secondly, the options available for you are DCOP Delhi and NIP,Delhi. Many other options are still there, but these two are having some great teachers.

Greetings.
As per me, you should join a regular degree course for mass communication where you can do photography and videography both at once and VFX can be done as a part-time course from the institution near you.

Let me clear your doubt that you can definitely do both the courses with B.Com side by side. You need to get yourself enrolled in the weekend batches or summer training course in your desired college. If not decided, then do apply for DCOP or NIP. They really have some best options available for you.

Happy to hear, that you have already selected your specialization in Fashion Photography. Why don't you apply in Delhi College of Photography or in some cases National Institute of Photography? These colleges have the best infrastructure and experience with the best fees structure.

You can choose any stream, photography is not limited to a particular stream or subject. Though ideally it belongs to mass media and communication you may choose any stream basis your interests.
