Being in the photography and cinematography field I can tell you this for sure that this profession is very hard to get into you need tons of experience along with recommendation letters.
Following are the institutes for the same:
KFTI (Kolkata)
SRFTI (Kolkata)
FTII (Pune)
These are the best options in India and they all have entrance exams that are very hard to crack, there is no sure thing that you will get a job right after you complete the course.
So, if you really have the zeal to learn and work in the above mentioned field, watch movies, write stories, start by making short films, enroll in the short term photography and c

Mass media would be a better option for you. The Bachelors in mass media will allow you to explore the creative aspects of filmmaking. You can learn the basics of cinematography, screenplay and editing. As you have a keen interest in photography, the Bachelors in mass media will act as a stepping stone for you. You will have photography as a separate subject in the UG. You will learn to operate a professional still camera (DSLR) and you will also learn about the significance of aperture and depth of field. Being a professional lifestyle photographer, it is my recommendation that you don't have to go to photography college to learn it. You can do some short term photography courses. You need to learn basics and advance tricks. Mostly, it's about seeing, feeling the moment and capturing the best possible perspective of that situation.
If you really love photography and also want to make money while doing it, then you can get a degree in mass communication or visual communication. To get a degree, you can choose any steam in class 12th.
All the best.

Sorry for a delayed response to your query. Every country and university has different admission requirements. Better guidance can be given if you could have mentioned your education background.
And in India, here some famous ones:
Indian Institute of Journalism & New Media
Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication (PG)
The Asian College of Journalism
to name a few.
