No specialized Bachelors program in photography is available in India.Only Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) courses with specialization in Photography are available. The following are universities, providing BFA(Photography) Courses.

2.Symbiosis International University-Pune
National Institute of Photography of India, providing various courses in Photography from Basic course to Advanced Diploma level.
Many other private academies are also providing such certificates, Diploma and PG Diploma courses in Photography.

Dear mass communication is an activity of group violence like where the person get a news and then explore in front of people in simple way you can it is an journalism course dear in tbis course you will get the I fo about behaviour and politics and how to behave in front of people and lots of thi gs which relates to environment dear it is an professional course it is such a good and bright future course but provided your interest should be 100 % in this field one more thing dear you can also get the chance in movies and serials by and take care think big do big.

Darshan I suggest you opt for Hotel management course out of the two you have named. Photography you can learn even later as a hobby.
