O. P Jindal Global University offers Bachelors degree in journalism and mass communication headed by former dean of Columbia School of Journalism- Tom Goldstein. The course offers a separate module in still photography in which students are given the technical knowledge of camera, after which they have to produce a photo book on a subject/issue of their choice. They are free to explore the camera and the faculty is also extremely supportive.

Camera may be provided by the college itself. In photography course, you obviously need to have your own camera.
