Yes, you need to have passed class 12th for admission abroad in the photography course. You also need to appear for IELTS/ PTE exam.

Dear Niranjan,
There are not specific college or course for Photography journalism in India, you can pursue Mass communication and in that you can learn photography. And, for placements there are very less chances to get placed abroad through Indian organizations, it takes lot of time and demands much hard work.
