Yes, you can include physical education as your subject. But your 2.5% percentage deducted if you add physical education. For more information, visit the Delhi University website:

No, while calculating your percentage, you need to take physics, maths & chemistry only in consideration for taking admission in B.Sc physics as far as my knowledge is concerned.
