For admission to B.Sc Physics honors your marks of maths, physics, chemistry in class 12 would be considered. Yes, you are eligible. You can try with government as well as private colleges to pursue physics honors.

Yes, you can apply for B.Sc Physics honors, but in private institutes and not in government institutes with these marks even if you belong to SC category, but you can pursue B.Sc after 6 years of your class 12th. Good luck.

You didn't mention that what you are willing to do in Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Academy
But in this, you can take admission in 55 percent, no need to worry.
