Typically, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physics and must have passed the degree with an upper first class if you desire to study in top notch universities like University of Melbourne or Sydney. You must also take the IELTS. Australian universities generally do not require a GRE. Please check university websites for specific entry requirements before applying.

Hi Daljit,
You may go for Ph.D or Diploma in management, research, technical, etc. as per your interest. Just search a bit about the universities like Queensland, UNSW, Monash, etc. and decide as per your budget and preference.
