Hi Sarnya,
For admission in Biotechnology, you need not to prepare Maths and physics for the same as for admission in any post graduation degree you need to prepare only the subject for which you are seeking admission. Some universities may have MAT section as well, you can prepare for that but no need to prepare Maths and physics.

Engage is a good book, but go for books like engage only after you are completed with your study material. Don't be limited to these books, keep them secondary. After you have completed your course and your mock test etc., then for extra practice, you can refer them.

See, NEET is for 720 marks, in that Biology is for 360 marks, physics is for 180 and chemistry is for 180. If you prepare best for biology and chemistry, then you will score at least 540 in your NEET exam. So, to prepare for Physics, follow below preparation tips:
Most important of all, your concepts should be very clear. All formulas should be on your fingertips. After getting above 2 points done, practice a lot especially from previous year question papers. See, the only tip I'll give you is that in the paper you should first solve all the questions and then give only 1 hour to the physics. Otherwise, if you go for more than that then you might loose some marks till the end of the examination.
