Hello,
You have asked a very interesting question.
1:- Astrophysics have an immense scope in foreign countries, also it has scope in India too. With the help of astrophysics you will have to work with many equations.
2:- quantum physics: - you have to work with atomic particles applying quantum laws again have same scope as astrophysics.
3:- particle physics - you will get opportunity to work at CERN, if you study particle physics you will get to work in positions like professors, at nuclear plants etc. Good luck.

After studying physics in Class 12th, you can pursue careers in specialized course/degree in the following spheres:

Hi,
Physics is a subject in which you can make your career in both the public and private sectors. You can apply for CSIR NET Exam to build your career in the teaching field. You will be able to take this exam after the completion of your post-graduation. Based on your score in this exam, you can get a job as an assistant professor or junior research fellow. You also can do Ph.D. in physics. You can work as Observations scientist, Assitant Scientist, School Science Technician or Research Analyst in any government or private institution.

You can:
a) Pursue a Master's degree from IIT via JAM or from any other university in Physics and earn a Ph.D later on. You can also do Integrated Ph.D by applying and getting a good rank in JEST TIFR, IISER, etc.
B) Pursue your Master's degree from any IIT or from any other University on Physics and then pursue M.Tech later by applying for GATE.
C) Give an entrance test and get a good rank and get into some good engineering colleges.
D) Do Bachelors in Education (B.Ed) for a teaching job.
E) M.Sc in nuclear physics.

Yes you are eligible to do lateral B.Tech in Techno India. You have to give the entrance exam and score the rank for the the college.

There many career options after B.Sc. in Physics but if you are interested in Physics/Science stream related career, it would be better if you opt for M.Sc in Physics and then do Ph.D. in subject as it often seen that Physics Postgraduate and Ph.D. holder are required and earning very well who are employed in government or private research and Development organisation such as Indian Space Research organisation, National Remote Sensing Agency, and Space Application Centre and so on.
