The NEET UG eligibility criteria is given below. Eligibility : Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects from a recognised board with minimum 50% of aggregate marks. So Biology is a compulsory subject at 12th level. So you have to pass the Biology subject from the NIOS or other board for become eligible for NEET UG exam.

No Mathematics and Physics are not compulsory in Graduation to apply AFCAT. However, Mathematics and Physics are compulsory at class 12th level with a minimum of 60% of marks for Flying and GD technical branches.
