Yes, you can apply for M.Sc after completing the graduation degree in physics, The IIT JAM exam is held for admission into M.Sc. Ph.D. and other integrated courses from IITs, NITs or IISc institutes, The eligible candidates can apply for the exam in October- November months. The IIT JAM exam is organized in six subjects that are physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, geology, and mathematical statistics.
