After B.Tech in mechanical engineering doing M.Sc. In physics may not give you any direct tangible benefits. It will better to opt for M.Tech in specialisation of your choice.

Medium of Instruction:- English.
Eligibility:- B.Sc Maths Degree (40% and above)

It is indeed very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing an aviation course. It all depends on how much more time you can invest along with money. You can think of doing commercial pilot course. Frankly, with M.Sc in Physics, I am sure you can get a job in DRDO or ISRO and then pursue your dream of working in the aviation field. All candidates (other than those applying with a 5-year integrated M.Sc. Degree) must additionally have a minimum of 60%* aggregate marks in B.Sc. Applicants opting to be considered on the basis of a GATE Score should have a valid GATE-2018 or GATE-2019 Score in 'Chemistry'.
