Minimum 50% marks in aggregate (with Physics and English as compulsory subjects) at the class 12th level from any recognized Board with at least 50% marks in Physics.
15% intake will be allocated for Children/Wards of NRI / International students. Unfilled seats in this category will be transferred to the resident India

For an admission in IIT Madras for BS - MS Program , candidate have to qualify entrance exam conducted by IIT . IIT - JEE is an entrance exam for an admission in IITs , IISERs , NITs , IIITs etc.
