Yes, you can pursue BCA course despite having a compartment in Physics. Since overall, you will be considered pass in 10+2 thus, it will saitisfy the eligibility criteria for BCA. You are good to go!

First, if you "think" so, then wait for the results to come first. Second, don't worry, even if you couldn't make it through either of the subjects, you can appear for the compartment exam, for either or both of the subjects. You will not need to repeat the entire year. All the best!
