With 60% marks you can go for any private college and moreover you might have given entrance exam in the past for Government Universities as eligibility criteria is 50-55% in most of the entrance exams but if you haven't given any of them then only private colleges are left to apply.But there are very less chances to get into the University u have mentioned with such marks.Anyways,All the best.

YESS you can join after B.sc in physics you have to give bitsat exam for MSC .

-Candidate have passed B.Sc. with Physics and Mathematics, the third subject may be any other, Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Computer Maintenance etc. or done B.Sc. (physics hons.)
-Admission is done on the basis of merit in qualifying class.
