Yes, it is mandated to have Physics, Mathematics. You need to have passed Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application along with mandatory subjects and must have scored mentioned marks in all three of mandatory subjects.

Yes, BITSAT includes physics, chemistry and maths as well as biology.
