Candidate needs to get clear ICET or pass the entrance test of CDE, ANU to apply for M.Sc and the last date to apply was 14-06-2018. As the date has already gone, you can apply to the same college next year.

For M.Sc. Physics:
IITB, IITD, IITG, IITGN, IITH, IITI, IITJ, IITK, IITM, IITP, IITR, IITRPR and IITISM. Physics for at least two years/four semesters and mathematics for at least one year/two semesters. JAM Eligibility Criteria 2019:
Common Eligibility:
For General/OBC (NCL) category, the minimum marks will be 55% or 5.5 out of 10 aggregate in languages and subsidiaries of all the years combined. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST and PwD categories must have secured 50% or 5.0 out of 10 aggregate. Hope this will solve your query. All the best.

Academically, you will be required to do the following:
1. Get a degree in Physics (with mathematics would help)
2. As an undergrad, understand, appreciate and experience every bit of Physics you do.
3. Depending on which branch of physics interests you the most, do an internship or a project under a professor who works in that field.
4. Finish your Master's degree.
Clear the NET and get a Ph.D from a good institute.
5. Put your heart and soul in your research.
