The most important book for you would be NCERT. After that, you can try solving 'concepts of physics' by H C Verma. Also, there are some books like Halliday Resnick Crane, Halliday Resnick Walker, S Krotov, I E Irodov, etc.

Do you intent to mention 10+2 as 2nd PUC? Please be specific about the course you wish to pursue for better understanding. In case, you don't clear your PUC in the 2nd attempt, there are few colleges which provides admission for graduation/Diploma course. Though to answer in detail, I would need to know, if you intend to mean it as 10+2. Please update.

Yes, you can take admission in BMSCE, Bangalore with these marks, but if your rank is under 1000 in COMEDK, then MSRIT, Bangalore is a better choice. Hope you got your answer.
