First, read theory, understand and learn it's term used and formula. Try some simple numerical problem if you can solve them, then you can level up difficulty. But remember, only learn formulas by heart and understand the concept. Physics comes with practice. All the best.

If you are asking from your college course structure point of view, the relevant books will be available in your Library. However, for more knowledge you can refer some bestselling books of all time like:
(#) The Brief History of Time; by Stephen Hawking.(#) The Hyperspace: Parallel Universe; by Miciko Kaku.
