Hello, Yes, you are eligible to write IIT JAM Exam. To appear in IIT JAM Exam you only need a graduation degree in any discipline from any recognised university. But during your graduation, you should have studied Physics for at least two years/ four semesters and Mathematics for at least one year/ two semesters. Only then you are eligible to apply for M.Sc. Physics. You need to satisfy all the other eligibility criteria if you want to appear in the JAM Exam. Best of Luck.

Yes, it is a must. To be eligible for B.Sc. In Aviation, a candidate must have passed Class 10th with a minimum aggregate of 50 percent in all subjects, from a recognised board. A candidate must have passed Class 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50 percent with English, Physics and Mathematics as the main subjects.

Yes, you can pursue your M.Tech degree in engineering physics after completing your B.Tech programme from NIT, Calicut but for that you have to sit for GATE to get admission in any IITs. Top IITs providing M.Tech in engineering physics are:-
1. IIT, Bombay.
2. IIT, Madras.
3. IIT, Guwahati.
4. IIT, Delhi.
5. IIT, Hyderabad.
You must check the respective cut-offs for the IITs offering M.Tech in engineering physics through GATE.

Dear,
No, you can't do M.Tech immediately after B.Sc in physics. First, you have to complete M.Sc after B.Sc physics and then you can go with M.Tech.
