No you are not eligible to do m.sc as your degree is professional. You must have Bachelor degree in science. So you are not eligible for the entrance exam.

Hi,
Candidates should have a Bachelors Degree in appropriate branch or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate to apply for M.Sc. in Physics in St. Joseph's College, Bangalore. Admission to the PG Diploma courses is done on the basis of marks secured in the entrance examination conducted by the authority and/or personal interview.

Hi Bishal, Admission to the Bethune College Kolkata is strictly done on the basis of merit, I. e. , the percentage of marks received by the candidate for her Higher Secondary or any equivalent exam. However, for admission to English and Bengali Honours courses, you need to appear for an entrance test. The overall percentage required is 60%. I. e; Physics - 65%
Mathematics - 60%
English - 50%. .

Well, all these are top institutions for engineering and other research courses. But if you want to choose one of them, then it should be depending on your interest. You need to choose the branch as per your interest and the one that will make you more comfortable to achieve your future goal.
If the field doesn't matter, then go for Aerospace Engineering from IIST from where your chances to go in ISRO would be increased.
All the best.
