The college does not disclose the cut-off, instead, they post the list of students who qualified. Kindly refer to the last year list mentioned in the link below:

Yes, B.Sc. Physics Hons. is offered by the college you mentioned and in order to get admission there, you have to clear the entrance exam which is conducted by the university itself.
