No, I am very sorry to say but you cannot. There are certain standards and rules which you must follow when you are applying to a university or college, you cannot jump from one course to another without a process. If you were interested in astronomy you should have thought about this earlier. The only option for you is to start your Bachelor's degree again but only if you had science in class 12th. If you do not have the slightest of the education background required you have no chance but to see open learning online programs like EdX, CourseEra, etc.

Basic eligibility to qualify for admission in Adamas University for a course in B.Sc (Hons.) in Physics is that candidate should have cleared their class 12th exams with Mandatory Subjects : Physics, Mathematics. Admission is based on marks obtained in 10+2. Interested candidates can apply online or offline with required information. Regards.

An aggregate of Physics & Mathematics + 2 core subjects would be considered for eligibility calculations. Students must have obtained a minimum of 45% in 2 core subjects and 60% in Physics. Following subjects would not be considered as a core subject for aggregate calculation: Agriculture, Dance, Entrepreneurship, Environmental Science/Studies, Fashion Designing/Studies, Heritage Craft, Home Science, Physical Education, Painting and Socially Useful Productive Work (SUPW).
