M.Sc. (Information Technology): Eligibility
Candidates can be eligible for admission if they fulfill any of the following conditions:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Physics / Stats / Electronics or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
B.Tech./BE degree holders in Computer Science/Informational Technology are also eligible for M.Sc. IT course.
Aggregate percentage required in graduation or equivalent may vary from college to college.

If you want to apply for another Masters chances are less since you already hold one. Better you gain some work experience before applying for a double Masters now.

Admission Process:
Admissions to all the programmes offered by TIFR (except science education) is based on a written test conducted by the institute. However, the institute also accepts GATE / NET / JEST scores for admissions to physics.
Students who get shortlisted will be called for interviews which is generally held from Feb to April every year.
