To become an astronaut, you have to get these basic requirements-
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, biological science, physical science, or mathematics.
At least 1,000 hours pilot-in-command time in jet aircraft. Flight test experience is highly desirable.
Ability to pass a NASA space physical which is similar to a military or civilian flight physical and includes the following specific standards -
Distant visual acuity- 20/100 or better uncorrected, correctable to 20/20 each eye.
Blood pressure- 140/90 measured in a sitting position.
Height between 62 and 75 inches.

Yes, you can apply for these exams if you wish to be a teacher.
For CTET the eligibility refer to the link: http://ctet.nic.in/CMS/Public/View.aspx?page=39
For TGT the minimum eligibility for appearing for TGT exam is either you should have a 4 years integrated degree course from NCERT and for TET all graduates including BA, B.Sc, B.Com, etc. are eligible to take the test. All B.Ed graduates need to pass this exam to work as a teacher.

The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue, the details of some courses are stated below:
Diploma: Class 10th cleared from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelor's Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate and PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT, etc.
