Hi Ketan,
To apply to universities in Germany, France, Australia, Switzerland and Italy, you don't require a 4-year Bachelor's degree, they accept 3-years degree only. Some universities in USA also accept students depending on the admission rules of the university.

Admissions in Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B) will be through JAM 2018. The admissions through Joint Admission Test for M.Sc programmes (JAM) across Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore and Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) basically depend on eligibility criteria of JAM 2018 besides other factors including JAM score secured by a candidate and the corresponding JAM cut-off.
