B.Sc. Physics is easier than B.Sc. Maths. Even though B.Sc. Physics or Physics in general is Maths disguised as Physics but B.Sc. Physics does not require pure mathematics, it requires mathematical Physics or advanced engineering mathematics, while the Maths in B.Sc. Or B.A. Maths is pure Maths which is on a whole next level when compared to mathematical Physics or advanced engineering mathematics. B.Sc. Maths is much more abstract than B.Sc. Physics and it's the toughest and the most intellectually challenging Bachelor's degree in the world also its not practical degree like a B.Sc. In Physics. It depends on what you like, if you like

If you are totally focusing on research and teaching field then B.Sc. In Physics and mathematics is good. But if you are also focusing in placements then B.Sc. In Statistics is best. Because from doing B.Sc. In Statistics there are lot of options related to jobs.

This would be unwise decision on your part. Out of my personal experience I would say that you should attempt maximum questions from Biology and Chemistry part however attempt at least 40% questions of Physics. You won't get good marks if you skip Physics. However, you would be eligible.
