Mechanics, oscillations, and Waves, rotational Motion, electrostatics, atoms and nuclei, Current Electricity, and the magnetic effect of current are a few important chapters for JEE Mains Physics preparation.
No topic is difficult to master if the concepts are thoroughly understood and practice is regular. The difficulty becomes subjective.

As CBSE boards are going on, the question is answered assuming it to be for class 12th Board preparation. Practice and concept clarity are keys to a full score in Physics. Solving book questions, S. L arora, and past year papers will benefit the student to get a good score in finals. Rote learning will not be as fruitful as a deep understanding of the concepts and practiced application. I will suggest the user practices Optics dual nature, atoms, rotation etc. For these topics tend to be scoring.

The question is hard to answer as it does not specify what the user requires to know. There is confusion weather the use plans to score 99 or already has in Physics. Please specify what the user wants to know about.
