If you are preparing for IIT JAM examination to do your Masters from IIT, NIT, other top gov. Colleges then your target is very well
For the preparation for IIT JAM so you have good guidance very well teacher for your doubt solving, and have mentally and physically fit
Your score in IIT JAM to get a seat in IIT is Physics 65+, Chemistry 80+, mathematics 60+
And you do self study but not joining a coaching is not good, you go with online coaching to save your time and any time take your doubt

Hello Fellow student,
There is no official cut off marks as such for B.Sc. Physics at Loyola College, the usual above 85% for General category, above 75% for OBC, and 40-60% for SC/ST is desired by the college. As long as meet these requirements along with a decent above 85 score in physics, you will get the admission.

For this you have to clear the compartment till the time of admissions and if you will able to clear the compartment then only you will be eligible for admissions.

If you like physics and if you like maths then no If you hate maths or have hard time understanding maths then you will have a hard time understanding physics

The fees of B.Sc in government college is less but if you go to private, it is about INR 4 lakhs less than 4 lakhs not exceeded may be 1 lakh.

To answer this you should understand that both are whole different things and have different scopes, so first of all make clear that what you have to do on future, B.Tech as name suggests have technical value and IIT offers you the best, if asked upon me, I would rather choose IIT.
