Hi Shreya, it's your decision if you want to pursue your MPT abroad. If you are planning to practice abroad obtain a Master degree first, you must then clear the physiotherapy licensing process for the same. As you have completed 12th. On the current qualification do Physiotherapy course. No need to do after BIPC. There won't be nay benefit except time period will be lost.

They are both very different courses and the decision should be based on your interest. Read some materials on both the fields and understand the difference. Just for your information Pharmacy is a booming sector abroad.
