I don't think there is any issue. You will be eligible for Bachelor in physiotherapy course provided you fulfill all other educational requirements. As far as I know, all government institutions also have some amount of reservation for PWDs. I think what matters the most is your skills and attitude towards the course or job.

Eligibility criteria for admission to a Diploma in Physiotherapy:You must be at least 17 years old as of December 31st of the year you are admitted.You must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognised board. You can also be eligible if you have appeared for the intermediate (science) exam, but you must produce your mark sheet or certificates when you are admitted. For more accurate and the latest information please visit the official website of OPP Paramedical College or by contacting the admission office. The candidate should have passed from a recognized university as a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. They also need to have completed an internship for six months. Completion of an internship is mandatory. Candidates, who are currently working under internship, must produce a certificate issued by the college stating the completion date of the internship. More to that, the applicant must be a member and a state council of physiotherapy registered of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists, where applicable, in order to be considered for intake.

To be eligible for Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy's BPT program, you must have passed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. You must be at least 17 years old by December 31, be medically fit, and have a valid AIAHCET score. Cutoffs are 75% (general), 65% (OBC), and 55% (SC/ST).The percentage may vary student should be aware of it.

To be eligible for the Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) programme at Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy, Pune, you must have a BPT degree with at least 50%, complete a six-month internship, have a valid AIPGPET score, be an Indian national, and be medically fit. The interested student should prepared themselves accordingly to grasp the chance.
