The personal interview is about general legal GK, a little legal aptitude along with some questions may be asked for personality test. But, you don't need to worry, every one qualifies this round.

PIease process for healthcare management is not much different from the PGDM or any other MBA program.
My recommendation for you would be to come prepared with the basics for your undergrad subjects, this is the least you can do.
Except this, come updated with news (especially in Healthcare space) and read about the course and structure of the program from website.
